My name is Note Thisawat, as a coffee enthusiast and roaster from Thailand, my journey has been anything but ordinary. From the bustling streets of Bangkok to the West Country of Wiltshire, my passion for coffee has led me to pursue a dream of not just roasting beans, but also bringing a world-class, specialty, unforgettable coffee experience to my local community.
