Today marks a huge milestone in my coffee roasting adventure — the official start of production roasting! After weeks of test batches and familiarizing myself with the ins and outs of my roasting equipment, I’m finally diving into the process of creating consistent, high-quality coffee with a focus on developing specific taste profiles.
The goal of my roasting venture is simple: to create flavorful, balanced coffees that cater to a range of tastes. This means dialing in specific profiles like fruity, bright notes or more chocolatey, full-bodied flavors, all while maintaining a consistency that will allow me to replicate the best roasts time and time again.
my goal is to build a product that will not only satisfy my own taste but also bring joy to others who experience it. Whether it’s a rich, chocolatey espresso or a light, fruity pour-over, every roast will be a reflection of the time and care put into it.
